NDR is pleased to announce research support for Ghada Maged for an ALS biomarkers project. Ms. Maged is currently completing an M. Sc. degree in Master of Neuroscience at Alexandria University in Egypt. She will complete a six-month internship at British Columbia University Visiting International Research Student (VIRS) program under the direction of Dr. Steve Pelech. The Student Award continues her research until January 31, 2023. We look forward to her results applying the NDR funded ALS phosphosite microarray developed by Dr. Pelech at Kinexus to animal and human samples.
